Sayalonga is situated 41 kilometres east of
city of Malaga and just 9 kilometres from the coast at Algarrobo Costa.
Sayalonga is a typical whitewashed village and its architecture is influenced by Moorish. It has pretty white painted buildings, winding streets and a typical Andalucian square, surrounded by lilac flowering Jakaranda trees.
